Job Title: Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Our Organisation is looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the Admin and Finance department of this fast growing Software Development Company in Totnes.

You must be methodical and well organised.

Receptionist duties will include answering all incoming calls to the office, 4 external lines, 10 internal extensions. Dealing with all enquiries from customers in a polite and calm manner and directing their calls to the appropriate member of staff, taking messages and booking in visitors at reception. A polite and friendly telephone manner is essential as you will be the first point of contact for the company.

Daily duties will include: filing, sorting incoming and outgoing mail and printing documents and marketing material. Other general administrative duties will include coordinating management diaries and appointments, and making bookings for business travel.

You must be PC literate and proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and use of the Internet. Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage.

Hours: 37.5 per week

Start Date: Immediate, subject to any notice period that the successful candidate may have to give

The salary is between £11,000 to £13,000 depending on skills and experience.
