Fleetman Naval Training System

Fleetman has been developed as a low-cost family of naval trainers for use in Officer of the Watch, Navigator, Yeoman, Bridge, Flight Deck Officer and Action Speed Tactical Training. Fleetman functionality has far exceeded customers’ expectations and additional variants, including a naval EW trainer, are under development. Fleetman may be linked over a LAN or WAN to permit users at dispersed sites to be trained in a common scenario using Distributed Interactive Simulation techniques. 

Fleetman has been in service with the Royal Navy at the Waterfront Learning Centre (WLC) in Her Majesty's Naval Base Devonport since February 2004, with further capability coming on line in HMS Collingwood from early September 2004 and at the Faslane and Portsmouth Naval Bases since early 2006. In January 2007 the Royal Navy of Oman took delivery of Fleetman for use at its Fleet Warfare School.

Fleetman may also be embedded in CBT modules to provide advanced training in the rule of the road for civilian and military mariners. For more information contact us
